Tommy........DOG CC & BEST IN SHOW at Weimaraner Club of GB 10 Sept 2005

First and foremost our weimaraners live in the home as part of the family. Our dogs are shown and are consistent top winners at Championship shows in both Gt Britain and Ireland. Our latest venture is onto the continent to show in Europe in 2006. All our dogs are trained to the whistle and gunshot from an early age and Tommy, together with Holly and Curley are worked on shoots throughout the season.

We are a small yet very successful kennel that pride ourselves in producing stock of sound temperament and conformation. Prior to breeding,our stock is DNA tested and hip scored in line with KC recommended schemes. We offer aftercare advice and support to all our puppies and owners and are at the end of the phone when needed. Our puppies are often selected for the showring and also as working gundogs, however they are available as family pets.

ABOUT ENRYB

The ENRYB prefix was first registered in 1979 when the show world became my main interest with Irish Setters. After a successful 10 years in the ring and judging various gundogs, along came the weimaraners. Life has never been the same since!!!! In 1990 I acquired my first bitch "WINNIE" from Stephen & Patsy Hollings’ GUNALT kennel. Campaigned successfully she became GB & IRISH SH CH GUNALT GARDEN PARTY AT ENRYB and produced three lovely litters which included :- ENRYB HOME ALONE, ENRYB COCKTAIL PARTY, ENRYB PARTY POOPER, and two champions SH CH GUNALT TEA PARTY and SH CH GUNALT PYJAMA PARTY. Her children, grand children and great-grandchildren can be seen in the ring today frequently winning top honours at Championship shows, WINNIE sadly passed away in Feb 2004, she has left a great legacy in the ENRYB kennel including her grandson CHRISTMAS PARTY the breeds latest full CHAMPION & IRISH CHAMPION which has not been achieved for some years. The kennel also proudly owned IRISH SH CH ANSONA WINCHESTER AT ENRYB (litter brother to top Weimaraner bitch SH CH ANSONA PURDY by top winning Weimaraner dog (SH CH GUNALT HARRIS TWEED). The current show team includes CH & IRISH CH ENRYB CHRISTMAS PARTY , Sh Ch & Irish Sh Ch ENRYB ITS MY PARTY (HOLLY) and Monty (ENRYB SECRET PARTY ).
